The Greater Hartford Mentoring Collaborative is a network of youth mentoring programs serving the Greater Hartford area. Working together, the Collaborative members share resources, expertise, and knowledge to support one another in better serving the young people they work with. The Governor’s Prevention Partnership convenes and facilitates the monthly meetings as well as provides capacity-building opportunities for Collaborative members.
The Greater Hartford Mentoring Collaborative convenes every 3rd Tuesday of the month.
