The Governor’s Prevention Partnership (GPP), with support from the State of Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), is actively seeking proposals from parent education and youth-serving organizations throughout Connecticut that aim to bolster substance use prevention educational activities for parents and caregivers statewide.
