Mentoring Collaboratives

Since 2017 The Governor’s Prevention Partnership has been leading the way in building mentoring capacity across Connecticut through the creation of regional Mentoring Collaboratives. These collaboratives create collective impact by pooling resources and expertise to achieve greater outcomes than any single organization could hope to accomplish on its own.

The collaboratives work to increase access and dialogue between mentoring programs, referral sources, and other service providers. By working together, we can identify areas of need, share promising practices, and develop specialized program offerings to increase positive outcomes for youth. On this page, you will find links to the pages of Connecticut’s Regional Mentoring Collaboratives.
